I’m a writer and an editor based in Toronto.

My career began when, as an American graduate student living in Amsterdam, I started doing cultural journalism for publications in and interested in the Netherlands. Highlights include covering specialty coffee as a staff writer for Sprudge and a series for Het Parool challenging the category of expat in Dutch society.

These days, I work as freelance copywriter, journalist and editor. Regular clients include creative agencies, academic institutions and independent media in Europe, the US and Canada.
